Abstract

The research seeks to choose the role of strategic capabilities in achieving competitive success in Al-Kafeel National Hospital in the Holy Governorate of Karbala as a dependent variable. The research aimed to determine the correlation and influence relationships between its main and subsidiary variables. The research included two main hypotheses to measure the correlation and influence relationships, and it was applied in Al-Kafeel National Hospital. In the Holy Governorate of Karbala, the research relied on personal interviews and a questionnaire to collect information. The questionnaire form was directed to the organization’s employees, so the research population reached (131) employees, while the research sample amounted to (96) employees, as it was determined based on the equation (Steven K. Thompson, 2002:10), the research used a set of statistical methods and tools for the purpose of processing data and testing its hypotheses. The statistical results were extracted using the statistical package program (SMART PLS.V.3).
