Objective: The research was based on a realistic problem embodied by a variety of conceptual and intellectual questions, which aimed to define the conceptual, intellectual and philosophical framework of the research variables (brainstorming and strategic performance) on the test of the signs of linking and the influence between them, which are the two between them. On identifying the level of significance of the research variables with regard to Al-Kifl General Hospital in Babil Governorate and identifying the extent of using the brainstorming method and its effect on strategic performance.
Methodology / Design: The analytical descriptive approach was relied upon as a method for research, and for the purpose of obtaining data and information, researchers relied on personal interviews and questionnaire questionnaire that were directed to the departments (administrative and medical staff) for the purpose of answering them, which consist of (58) paragraphs distributed over (34) A paragraph for the variable of competitive fitness and (24) for the variable of institutional performance. The research included the hypotheses of testing the correlations of influence and influence. A sample size table method was used for (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970: 608) to determine the sample size that should be (<130> = n). For a community of (283), (200) questionnaires were distributed and (151) S. retrieved Clarification and exclusion (21) Questionnaire not valid for statistical analysis to remain (130) questionnaire actually used in statistical analysis to have a representation of 65% of society. SPSS programs were used for the purpose of data processing and to verify the validity of the linking and impact hypotheses.
The most important conclusions: The researcher reached to accept all the hypotheses of correlation and influence that recommend the need to adopt brainstorming and its dimensions for the purpose of achieving strategic performance.
