The challenges of transitioning towards a digital economy in the structure of higher education in Iraq

Indicators of comprehensive development have monitored many pillars that activate their role in economic growth, on top of which is education with all its strategic implications, after which the final goal of the economic development process and the basis for the sustainability of human resources for countries seeking digital transformation by raising the level of their intellectual capital. Theories of economic growth link the increase in per capita income. With capital accumulation, natural resources and technological progress based on the human element prepared to make the best use of the achievements of knowledge development, in addition to the accumulation of knowledge stock, and the technological development came as a result of the development of human knowledge and capabilities and the growth of scientific progress in which the supplies of transformation towards the digitization of higher education emerge. We can say that there is a close link between developments in education methods and the requirements of comprehensive development, which pushes towards increasing economic and social services on which economic growth settings depend in iraq.
