Abstract

The research aims to verify the nature of the relationship between elite human capital and digital workplace, as the research focused on a sample of advanced staffing in private schools. The main importance of the research stems from the scarcity of studies that attempted to clarify the nature of the relationship between the variables under study. The research problem was formulated as follows: “The level of digital workplace is directly affected by the level of human capital, the elite private schools under study.With the aim of collecting data and completing the research requirements, The descriptive, exploratory approach, and (280) questionnaires were distributed directly to the target community, represented by the advanced owners in private schools in the city of Najaf, (265) questionnaires were retrieved and the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was (242) questionnaires, i.e. response rate  On the theoretical side, the relevant literature showed the existence of a knowledge gap about the nature of the relationship between the current research variables, elite human capital, and digital workplace in private schools, the research sample.
