Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify the effect of "creative ingenuity in the learning organization through sample application in the Ministry of Science and Technology", which is one of the governmental organizations. task and to achieve research objectives. The study used the "descriptive" approach, and the "resolution" was relied on to collect data and information as a main tool, where the research community was ((90) among heads* of departments and managers of people, where (104) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample; and (90) were retrieved. A valid questionnaire for analysis, and the data were processed using * a set of statistical means. Appropriate for the nature of the study, AMOS V.25, spss program, which are represented by the following “arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, coefficient of variation, relative importance, effect size and T-value and the value of F, the value of A, and the value of “B. The study concluded that there is a correlation relationship, with statistical significance between “creative ingenuity and learning organizations.” The study also presented a number of “conclusions and recommendations. The most important conclusion was that creative ingenuity in all its dimensions and components contributes effectively to achieving All aspects related to the learning organization, and the most important recommendations were to pay attention to creative ingenuity, which has an impact on the learning organization, which contributes to achieving the competitive advantage of the Ministry of Science and Technology
