Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify the effect of "creative ingenuity in the learning organization through sample application in the Ministry of Science and Technology", which is one of the governmental organizations. task and to achieve research objectives. The study used the "descriptive" approach, and the "resolution" was relied on to collect data and information as a main tool, where the research community was ((90) among heads* of departments and managers of people, where (104) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample; and (90) were retrieved.
