Abstract

The study aimed to know the role of transformational electronic human resources management in the characteristics of the learning organization with its dimensions (knowledge sharing, culture, innovation, infrastructure, organizational adaptation) in Asiacell Telecom Company. For the study as a main tool for collecting data and information, Asiacell Communications Company was chosen as the field for the study, and a sample of (351) individuals was chosen, which was withdrawn from the researched company to represent the study population of (2891) individuals, and for the purpose of testing the study’s hypotheses, the researcher distributed the questionnaire electronically by ( Google models) on the workers in the aforementioned field. The responses of the workers (351) were retrieved electronically, and after checking it, the researcher found that it is valid at a rate of (100%) and it was adopted for the purpose of statistical analysis and using the statistical program (Spss-v.26), the study came out with a set of results, the most important of which are There is a positive moral correlation between human resource management practices and the characteristics of the learning organization, and it was a good degree, as well as a significant effect of human resource management practices. Electronic human resources in the educated organization in the company under study, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is directing the company’s management towards investing opportunities to integrate individuals’ knowledge and experiences with each other on an ongoing basis within the company to develop the skills necessary for work, as well as focusing on the areas of electronic human resources management and providing everything possible To enhance these areas and achieve long-term growth and expansion for the company.
