The study sought to achieve a range of objectives, the most important of which were: To determine the level of awareness of the strategic university institution to enable Iraqi women to assume managerial leadership positions and their dimensions, to test the extent to which the strategic university institution has adopted the empowerment of Iraqi women, and to use statistical tools to analyse and process data and information through the distribution of the questionnaire form; The study used the existing research approach and remote analysis as an analytical survey, between most dimensions reflecting a different perception and orientation. The results of the statistical analysis created variation in the sample being examined. The study recommended that the university institution be more aware of the importance of Iraqi women's empowerment strategy in leadership positions and of the continued dissemination of the culture, dimensions and methods of women's empowerment and their importance in managerial work .
